RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our hiring process typically takes around 8-10 weeks, depending on the role and the number of applicants. It’s a journey that usually involves 2 to 4 rounds of interviews, starting with an initial phone screening. For some roles, we may also ask you to take logical and psychometric tests, which help us better understand your working style and ensure you're a great fit for our team and culture.
We always strive to keep you informed and will provide feedback within two to three weeks.
